As for your repacking attempts, I've done the quotations and putting them into a new pack0 folder, but how do you designate it to be packed, like you say? If you're following mod suggestions and guides like I am also be aware that there are a lot of warnings about the Extreme Quality Flora mod - based on posts on the Nexus I believe my game was f***ed up by it. Beyond that I was able to repack by making sure I used quotations in the command line, putting the unpacked folders/files into a new 'pack0' folder and making sure my new 'pack0' was designated to be packed, but it came out weird. So I believe all that's necessary is to drag the 'game' folder in this mod into 'CookedPC'.

In brief, repacking shouldn't be necessary - instead we can just put the files into the CookedPC folder appropriately, as CrookedPC overrides any other relevant file - if I understand correctly.
